I have nothing but great things to say about these people. They are absolutely wonderful. Hands down the best electricians in north Louisiana. I would highly recommend them.

By far the best electric company in Shreveport/Bossier. They are very professional and got the job done very quickly with no issues. I will 100% be using this company again.

Called to check one outlet to see if power I. Outlet was working. TWO technicians came for this easy task. Never was I told the ASTRONOMICAL charges just to drive up in my driveway. Took ONE tech 3 and a half minutes to let me know “yes, the outlet has power”. Then left. Total service was 4 MINUTES. Bill received today $89 ..... I wouldn’t use this company again EVER for ANY needs. Pure gouging. $89. For 3 minutes of work. And I will advise everyone I know the same. Poor customer service if you want to have repeat customers. This was minor. But for a major job... I would find ANYone else!

I cannot recommend Jack Spring Electrical Company enough! Grayson and Nick were prompt, courtesy, and professional. They located and fixed the issue in a short period of time. And the cost was very reasonable. I am one happy customer!
