Great place to buy a used vehicle
Was late one month and he came and got my car...understandable, however when we called the next day to pay and get the car back he told us we couldn't have it. Would not give us the license plate to turn in so we didn't get a flag. We put 5,000 down and spent the entire day there.
Went yesterday with my daughter, nobody ever acknowledged us ,workers were inside and out passing us never spoke or ask did we need help,we sat on the couch for 30 minutes before we got tired of being ignored
I was able to purchase a Lexus, the salesman was making excuses for certain things that I was pointing out that may be wrong with the car but found out later there was. the problem being is I sold the car and was due refund on the GAP coverage and warranty coverage. They do not like to refund money owed.The receptionist told me it would be about 2 weeks and its been a month and no callback or check. had to call her myself and she stated the GAP insurance people have not sent it out a check yet but i spoke with them the next day and they said it was already cashed. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND VIC GARRETT MOTORS TO ANYONE. They will try to cheat you out of money owed.
