Great shipping, and employees are ten times better than most USPS employees, but very frustrating to arrive and want a passport photo, only to find out.... They no longer do those. Uggh, it should be remove from all advertising, to include Google searches. As I said employees were great, just want UPS to keep their advertisements up to date.

I generally do business at the UPS store. The only complaint is the parking lot is atrocious.
