Dropped my wedding rings off on a Monday to be resized with a completion date for that friday if not sooner. Got a text message later that day saying 5 prongs needed to be fixed. Okay no problem. After a week with no other contact, I went by to check on my rings. The jeweler TOOK my rings home over the weekend to work on them but there were still not finished. Told me to go back in 1 hour. After 2 hours I went back and my rings were still not finished. Told me another 20 minutes. 2 hours later my rings were finished. I was bot charged anything but when I inspected my rings I found that all the prongs were uneven, my diamonds were crooked, and the engraving on the inside of one of my bands were no longer there. I chose Bijouxs because they have been around for a long time. Now I will have to spend more money than what I was quoted to fix the mistake they caused in my rings. The ladies up front were very kind but I will not go back in the future.
