Paid for and reserved party room, and swim passes for an 8 year old birthday party. Show up and they “lost” the reservation. Provide receipt and was told they were over capacity. Myself and the entire party was denied access. Not sure there is any way to be less professional, or competent with respect to providing service to patrons. Honoring agreed upon reservations is not a difficult task. Doesn’t even deserve one star, but that is the lowest rating I can give.

As a child Me and my siblings enjoyed the pool.....then my 1st set of children and their friends love the West Park Pool....now my 2nd set of children are loving time spent there to.nSuch a great....clean and safe place for our Children.

Lifeguards blow their whistle at everything here. They blew their whistle at a little girl for splashing in the water. Yeah, the entire time I was there all i heard was whistling it was annoying and it was over the smallest things.

My wife and one year old daughter had a blast here. I love the fact that children 2 and under are free so my whole family went for $12.
