Know your stuff about vehicles and how dealers work before you go. If you are allowed i recommend taking the vehicle you like to your own mechanic for a once over before you buy.

If I could give them a negative stars I would. I got there around 10:30 am and didn't leave till after 6pm when they closed. I never saw the truck I ended up with until the end. I thought I was getting a different truck. He would occasionally tell me we were waiting on the bank but then he said the bank approved but oh lets try this or that. We kept trying to ask questions but wouldn't get an answer. We were just told oh we will explain that later. I was so frustrated by the time that I signed the papers that I didn't really pay attention to what all I was signing. I tried to go back when they opened the next morning to return it by 24hour buyers remorse but they said they don't do that. I am stuck. The tailgate is bent up but to have them fix it I would have to pay them an extra $1000. I will NEVER EVER go back to them again.
