I wish I could give a lower score. He did match the existing floor color on my hardwood floors, but this was a small repair. I had 3 rooms recarparted and he obviously does not know how to install carpet. I have had to have another company come in and restretch the carpet after his install in less than 2 years after the install. I had them come back in less than 2 months and I told them that I could see a seam and they told me that it was a shadow! What?!?! The carpet has risen up and I had to get another company to restretch the carpet in all 3 rooms he installed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will add, I am not sure he actually installed the carpet that I picked out as it doesn't look the same. Very disappointed!
Josh and his team installed floors in my house years ago. I just recently remodeled my entire home and had Josh install hardwoods in my master bedroom and hallway bath. They matched the same color stain perfectly! Couldn't be more pleased with the value and quality.
Do NOT recommend. Everything was OK until he finished the install and was paid for that part of the work. After that it became more and more difficult to get him to return calls and schedule a time to do the finishing. He was never less than 2 hours late and had to reschedule several times. The new floors did not even come close to matching the existing floors and Josh agreed that they needed to be fixed. He was scheduled for 10 AM yesterday but was a no show and is not returning my calls. He was paid in full for the finishing so I am stuck.
