Store manager was very rude. Refused to return two candles with receipt because she said they were used. They lost me as a customer for sure. I thought their return policy was hassle free.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The new line of candles smell great.
The store is super clean, and the staff is very knowledgable about the products! A little pricy, but the little samplers last awhile.nnThey do rotate scents, so you might not always be able to find the one you found a few months prior, but it gives you a chance to smell new things. My favourite summer scent is watermelon — it's super sweet and fruity. For fall scents, they're all super great. I just added pumpkin ginger bark, pomegranate cider, and apple cider to my collection.nnI do wish they had a bigger section for candle-holders, though.
