Installation and quick and smooth and the results are fantastic. Getting to that point was less smooth. There was confusion about the time of the initial appointment, and I had to make an additional trip since my swatch selection didn't get recorded properly. All in all, the whole process didn't take too much of my time and the whole process from initial consultation to installation went very quickly.

A.J. Rose made everything very easy for me. Gus was my sales representative who helped me pick out the Coretec LVP product. He kept in communication with me throughout the process and answered all my questions along the way. Max was my installer. Max came to measure and answered all my questions and concerns so thoroughly that I felt confident in moving forward with AJ Rose. I very much appreciated that Gus and Max coordinated the ordering of materials, delivery, moving of furniture, and installation preparation. Once the materials arrived at AJ Rose (~10 days), Max installed my new floors throughout my condo unit (850 sqft.) within 3 days. Max takes great pride in his work and is very detail oriented. Everything was timely, professional, and efficient. I LOVE my new floors!!
