As a general rule I don't leave unsatisfactory reviews because I believe everybody deserves a second chance. This is Gold Crafts THIRD. Earlier this year I took my husbands watch in for a new stem. It took 3 months to get it back. I did ask upon picking it up and it was extraordinarily slow getting the part because of Covid....O.K., I took my watch in a few months later for a new movement and stem as it is old (about 30 yrs) but very special to me.. It took 3 months. Within 48 hours the watch lost 7 hours, I took it back. The repairman said it was probably something simple like the hands were touching to slow it down. I asked him if it would take long because he had had it for 3 months. He said no, he would look at it in a couple days. Its been 6 weeks or more now and Not only do I not have my watch, I haven't even gotten a phone call from these people. Worst service I've ever gotten on anything, I hope one day I will see my watch again, I do not recommend their repair service. Nice people though...

I love shopping at Gold Craft Jewelers. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. The quality of their jewelry is excellent and their prices are reasonable. Their service is fast, and you can count on your items being professionally handled. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful jewelry store like Gold Craft Jewelers in our area.

I am truly impressed with how detailed they are with doing surgery on rings. My wife’s ring needed the original prongs removed and new prongs installed so a new center stone could be installed. This looks better than when it was new!!! Truly professional and courteous.

Got my engagement ring resized. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The price was perfect and it didnt take a day to get it done.

This is an very trashy establishment and the people who operate is rude and unprofessional i called about an item the guy on the phone was talking very rude and aggressive also when I went to the store to look to see what else they had i noticed several guns and ammunition sitting on the counter that was very tacky and trashy then one of the workers was flirting and coming on to female custumers this place is a joke and the selection is very minimum and basic go else where but here
