I’ve been a customer of American Pest Control for many years now. They always go above and beyond for us, and they are extremely affordable. I’ve had a few different technicians assigned to my house over the years, and they have all been polite, courteous, and always willing to answer my questions and help out in any way they can.
We have used American Pest Control for many years. Their technicians are very courteous, trustworthy and professional. Our current technician is Nate and he's the very best. If you are considering utilizing, you will be pleased with the service they provide.
I called today frantic that I had discovered rat droppings. The wonderful lady reassured me and that she the technicians are booked today so she could send someone out on Monday. I pleaded with her to please send someone today. She called me within 5 minutes and she the manager (Zach) would be out after lunch.nI had an appointment and it took longer than expected so I called and asked if he could come at 3:30. She said he would be there.nHe showed up a few minutes earlier and was very professional and wearing a mask. He told me that it wasn’t rat droppings but something fell from the rafters. He then put out mouse bait.nThe people that represent American Pest Control are wonderful and I will continue to recommend them. Thank you!
