Uncooperative or just incompetent coordinators. They waited until last minute to tell us our guest count that we had originally agreed upon was no longer allowed (1 month before our wedding was set to happen). We were so excited to celebrate our wedding here because everyone was so nice initially but we are truly disappointed with how difficult it has been to get in touch with the coordinators(Cara and Ally) and the vendors that come with them. Sometimes took weeks to get a response through email, text, or phone calls. When we finally do get through they act like they didn't know and hardly sound apologetic. Tried to contact coordinators so I could see the wedding venue beforehand but could never get through. So when I started leave from my military base I tried to see it a week before atleast but they wouldn't work with me. Had to have wedding without seeing venue or trying the food beforehand. They even had college students blaring music/having party during our wedding right outside. Then later had the audacity to tell us to keep doors closed because our music at the reception would disturb the students. Had to use their caterer, paying 1525 and the chicken wasn't even edible (extremely hard). They closed the gate to the falls so we couldn't do our send off where we wanted to. It's sad that workers at a Christian college barely put in minimal work at their jobs. What a terrible example to others. I would not recommend this place. Only positive is that the venue is beautiful!

The Falls are very close and really beautiful. It's nice to go right after a rain. It's definitely worth stopping by to see.

The people who ran the venue had extremely disrespectful attitudes. They could not have been any more unhelpful when it came to setting up for the event. Most importantly, their communication skills were piss poor. The venue was not cleaned from the last time it was used—there were still cups left over. With that being said..this venue deserves no more than a one star. On the contrary, the scenery around it is wonderful.

Recently had our wedding there and the place is beautiful but honestly dealing with the staff was not worth it. The only person who we didn’t have a problem with was a woman who’s name I believe was carolin. If it hadn’t been for her we would of had dirty lines for our reception. It was so hard to get in touch with anyone throughout most of the planning period. Our reception started at 6:15 and and our dinner was at 6:25, almost an hour into dinner they took the food away. Then around 8/8:30 they started turning on the lights as if to say it was time to go home even though we had the hall until 11. There was another event happening in the grass area in front of our wedding and when we went to decorate in the morning the hall was dirty and still had drinks from the night before on the chimney. One of our groomsmen had to sweep the area before we could start decorating because it was so dirty.

I can't quite give Toccoa Falls a one star because the view is just that amazing. But when it came to the venue itself and the people working at the experience was beyond terrible. I was there to support my friends for their wedding and help out a little when it came to getting everything together. When we got there the people who were working for the venue and were allegedly supposed to be helping were either just standing around watching us do all the work or were entirely MIA to begin with. The People working at the venue were also just flat out rude with a deplorable attitude often times. If you are just going for the view I couldn't recommend it enough, but if you plan to hold an event there just be prepared for a lot of headache and to practically run the entire event by yourself from beginning to end.
