I am beyond impressed with the customer service and floral arrangement from Kat and Meg at Designs by Don Florist in Wilmington!!!nnThey were over and above helpful and accommodating when I couldn’t decide what wreath to order for a wake/funeral. Their patience and vision helped me finally make a decision and I could not be more happy with the final product (combining two of their sympathy wreaths)!! This far exceeds my expectations, and this was my first time using them as a florist so I was admittedly slightly nervous.nThey even sent me a picture of the wreath via text (at my request) prior to sending it to the funeral home.nnWhen someone says to you they promise they will make it look amazing, and you can tell they mean it and genuinely care about the loss of this loved one, they can rest assured they will have me as a client for life. Great work ladies!

Stopped in to get an arrangement for my wife's birthday. The owners Megan and Kat were awesome. I told them what I was looking for and asked them to run with it. Wow, my wife said its the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. Both are kind, smart and hard working. This is a local business we all need to get behind and support.

I ordered the premium Snazzy Sunflowers and as you can see, they are so fresh and beautiful. I emailed the florist and was called back immediately by Kat. She placed my order at 10am and they were delivered by 11:30am. Awesome service, Beautiful Flowers! Thank you, Kat
