Ranger Propane replaced my log burner in my fireplace. The builder that built our house had put a log burner that was for natural gas and not specifically for propane. The service repair man was so polite and although it was a tough change out he didn't give up until he had it working properly. Great Service!!!
Good folks. I have been here 23 years. When the kids grew up and moved out we didnt need as much propane as before. They came and got the huge tank and replaced it with a smalller version. Less of an eyesore and less on the wallet for rent. Eyesore is not the right word for the new one, its kinda cute.
Been waiting on gas for three days. Totally out and must be at home for pressure test. Taken two days off work with no show. Keep being told they are headed back to my area. Just be honest and up front so I can make arrangements to get some more Kerosene to stay warm before hardware store closes cause I can't leave that's when you will show up.
Horrible customer service. Waited 3 days on gas. Called and was pretty much told that they don't have any records in the office to track anything. Pretty stone age....
These are very nice people and work with you to help in any way.
