Good selection. Helpful staff. Pricing is ok.
Not a fan. We placed an order in store (because they didn’t have my daughter’s size on hand) and was guaranteed they would arrive via FedEx in 5 to 7 business days. Two weeks later, I have to called the main customer service number to find out our order was lost in transit. NO contact to the number we put on the order, NO email (turns out she put my email in wrong), no NOTHING! I’ve called the store a total of 5 times since they opened at 11, and haven’t received one response (see photo).nnMy daughter was really looking forward to these shoes, plus she really needed them. Now, we have to wait even longer. Will order online from now on.
Times online are wrong. They say they close at 7. That needs to be updated I made a trip only to be disappointed.
Not to bad place. I did find a great price on a good pair of shoes.
This shoe store had the best clearance department of all the shoe stores here. If I don't see a good clearance rack when I walk into an outlet mall store, I walk out again. I can pay full price at home after all. Great variety of shoes and they give a veteran's discountv with ID if you ask for one.
