Been with them a while. They went up on my rate without telling me. I cant tell if the stations are ever replaced or sometimes if they have even been touched. They came out the other day and I guess since he couldn't find 2 he put two more one in a very tacky place and the other one he dug into the ground where my new water main line was just replaced. There was still utility flags in the yard marking water and a electric and gas. I lifted it up since the ground is still muddy from the water main replacement only to see that the ground was so soft and hadn't filled in good yet from the water line replacement so I could see the Pipe under the hollow soft ground under this bait trap he put there. I was astonished that anyone would even have the nerve to dig over a freshly marked and dug water main. I was furious. Also when my husband went out to talk to the man he was rude and very unprofessional when asked what he was there for since my husband could not see the side of the vans writing. I will say that customer service is nice and seemed very eager to want to help and at least they have some courtesy and professionalism. I am at this point waiting for a manager to call me. whoever they sent last time I asked not be sent again.

Brian Leone is dedicated. He has great customer service and always makes sure to ring my door bell. I am stress free and bug free when Brian shows up. Future services is great. Thank you!

I've been with Future Services over 15 years. They are extremely responsive and communicative. They robo call me before an inspector comes out, they ring the doorbell to let me know when they start their inspection and they always leave an inspection report via email after every service. I am very pleased with my service.

Employee Michael Cato did a lawn treatment today for the first time. He was very professional and personable; which is a plus in today's world. His work was superb. I highly recommend Future Services, Inc. for any lawn treatment needs.
