I'm not sure what the gentlemen that wrote the bad review expected. Perhaps he is just one that is rarely pleased by anything. My experience with everyone at C & G has been professional and exceptionally pleasant. I bought a diamond wedding set and had the engagement diamond changed to the one my mother wore her entire life. The work was beautifully done and the set was strong and sturdy. I've dealt with several different people and was always pleased with their demeanor and courteousness. For a small town jeweler you can't beat their price or workmanship!
