Best Sears home town store. All different size fridges washer and dryers everything you need to buy the best Kenwood appliances. Sales people in the store were very nice very well-educated on all of their products they had in store to sell would highly recommend to any friend or family to shop at this store.
Called many times no answer. Texted and confirmed it was correct number. The person verified they knew what the issue was and price. Then refuses to answer and or communicate.
Very nice friendly and helpful bought washer actually my 3rd visit over few years
Went by their store to buy a clothes dryer.nI mentioned to him our dryer went out and told him how the dryer was acting before it finally went out.nHe said he thought what the problem was, and sold us a $25nPart.nHe even went out of his way to help me locate the part.nWent back and installed the new part...the dryer works perfect!!nThank you so much.
The guy working this location was uninterested in helping me or my husband in the least bit. Did not return any greeting, and did not smile. Missed a large sale. He could care less.
