We put down our deposit of 200 added there insurance of 20$ a day the young lady was not knowledgeable of things she should have known kept the car 2wks.we did the walk around of the car kept the car clean, kept a list of the miles and filed the car up completely before taking it back.When we took the car back no one was there and never received any txt, e-mails or phone call about our deposit.I will never use them ever again nor will I ever refer this place to anyone..

Service is good, but sometimes understaffed so you may be stuck waiting around for a rep to get back even when you've scheduled a pickup time. Happened to me a time or two, but otherwise no problems. Other than this, great service.

We rent trucks and cars from here all the time and couldn't be an easier company to deal with. Nate Frazier is a great guy and always super helpful. If you're in the area and need a car or truck, these are the guys to go to. Also, their shop is inside the Wrens Body Shop, so if you're having your vehicle worked on and need a rental, you can have both done in one place.

We visited this location when our out-of-town rental's alternator began to fail. We arrived around 2:00pm on a Friday, but the connected body shop employees stated that the Enterprise employee was out at lunch (the posted hours said they were open). She was still out until 2:20pm. When she arrived, we told her we needed an exchange and why, and then she told us they didn't have any vehicles to rent and walked away, closing herself in her office without offering to help us find a solution or another Enterprise that had an available vehicle. We left with our broken vehicle.

I rented a car from Nov,12- nov19. On the day that I got the car rental it started off as a big disaster. They were late picking me up. Nate was wonderful he apologized to me for being late and he decided to upgrade me to a luxury car without any extra costs. I was really impressed .he picked me up in a really nice 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was supposed to be renting a Nissan versa but I actually liked the Toyota Corolla it was very nice and roomy. Nate made it up to me by upgrading my car rental to a luxury it was very nice driving the car. I had plenty of leg room and the car came with a back up camera to guide you when uou are backing up. I was impressed with it and enjoy driving it the whole week that I had it. Nate went that extra mile for me. I have worked in customer service for the last 26 yrs and If u go that extra mile for customers that let's them know you appreciate them. Keep up the good work!
