Went in to get the battery on my watch changed and they got to me as quickly as they could. Being in there, I felt as if I was the only person in the world that mattered, they constantly checked up on me and the process was extremely quick. Some of the kindest people I've ever met, and the jewelry itself in there was incredibly beautiful. Every piece took my breath away. Highly recommend.

I love the work Hans does, his vision is modern and very elegant. I brought a ring that had been messed up somewhere else to him, he gave me a price to reset the stone and add a few much smaller stones simply set in the thick gold of the band. He gave me a quote, I agreed to it. I left the ring and the extra gold and the smaller stones in September. The staff wrote out the work order with no price on it. The lady with black hair I think. I assumed the quote would hold. My husband picked up the ring in December as a gift for Xmas. He didn't tell me for months he was charged 3 times the quoted price! Not just $20 or $50, but $300 more! He was quite shocked, and very upset, and didn't tell me for many months. It wasn't the money, it was the fact they didn't keep their word. Last week I confronted the owner and all she said was I'm sorry! I provided all the stones, extra gold, gave them 3 months to do the work, and all I got was gouged and a lame I'm sorry. Hans's work is beautiful. I don't trust the staff. So, GET IT IN WRITING.nNo rote apology please.

Each employee and owners are very friendly. They also are willing to help in any way possible and are very knowledgeable. They treat you like family.

I was looking for a local jewelry store to buy my fiancé a wedding band. This was the perfect location for that and also Lynn took very good care of us. This jewelry store has an endless amount of possibilities for your perfect jewelry. I will be coming back to this location for all my jewelry needs. My fiancé loves his ring and for us it was very affordable. They are all about costumer satisfaction here. They will take care of you

I have been coming to this jewelry store for several years and always had a great experience. They won me over when Hans fixed my ring that five other jewelers had attempted to fix. He is the BEST! Now, my daughter is getting married and I wanted a special keep sake piece. I would go no other place but here to Hans and his lovely wife! The place is a true Jewel ( no pun on words) Could not be more satisfied!
