My husband bought my wedding set here in may 2018. Paid $2400 for it. Went to get it resized bc I have gained a little weight but they were closed down. Went to another jeweler and they appraised it and said that it was only worth $90!!!
I've been there several times lately and have been satisfied with their repairs, I also ordered a ring from a catalog, love it. Will be there in the morning to pickup a watch that was repaired. I'll let you know the results. Walt Verrill
This is a very nice place to do business with. The prices are very fair. Good people.
This place is terrible. I took a very expensive Swiss watch to have the battery replaced. They stripped the screws. Then instead of owning the situation, claimed it was rusted. Two other jewelers have examined and no sign of rust because stainless steel doesn't rust. The worst part is they wanted to drill the screw heads then super glue it back together as a solution. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. For quality go elsewhere.
Will never go here EVER again.The jeweler wanted to put epoxy on my 100+ yr old ring.It would have ruined it!!! Had new prong put on.still can't wear it.the other ring had to be fixed again also after I paid almost 200.00.I will go to an antique jeweler from now on.
