It's never easy to have a love one pass but McGahee Griffin funeral Home show caring and love to our family and friends .
This funeral home was used for my 86 year old father's wife's funeral. When my father and I arrived at the church, where he taught Sunday school for years till he was unable to, the ushers said they needed to go check something then never came back. We eventually got tired of waiting for them to return, so my father, who was paying for everything, had to seat himself in the church for his wife's funeral. Later, music started and his wife's children were ushered in to sit in reserved, marked seats several rows in front of us. This funeral home and the local church went right along with a hostile family member's plan to show great disrespect and common rudeness to my aged father and his family. We really had no idea we were so hated, it was all quite ridiculous and I will never forget how my father was left standing there by those ushers.
They have been very nice to me and willing to help as much as they can. I highly recommend them to all. They are a nice funeral home and very nice people.
A well decorated business but is easily crowded with a large family. The staff are friendly and helpful.
