The training and trail-riding experience at Bluebird Farms is above and beyond all my expectations. It's as if I inherited my own horse farm. The owners, Lynne and Wally Harper, treat you like family. Their training and riding program ensures your safety and the trail rides are so enjoyable and entertaining. I learn something new with each visit and ride. I longed for this type of experience: 1) horse owners that care about every aspect of what I hoped to experience; 2) horses I could get to know and learn to care for; 3) a family environment; 4) awesome horses and, 5) excellent trail riding). I find all of this at Bluebird Farm. Thank you Lynne and Wally!

If you are interested in learning to ride and have never had any prior experience, Bluebird Farms is the place to begin! Lynn and Wally are patient and very skilled in teaching the basics and tailor the lesson to each student's skill level. I have learned so very much already and have not been taking very long.nNo matter what your age or level, their expertise makes your riding an enjoyable experience. I have seen very accomplished riders working with their horses, and it is a beautiful sight .From beginner to show level, this facility would be a good match. I highly recommend it!

Lynne and Wally are great teachers. We enjoyed learning to ride their horses. We learned a lot in a short period of time. Their horses are gentle and sweet. We love riding Dakota and Charlie! We look forward to the trail rides.

I WISH I HAD DONE IT SOONER! :-)nnTwo years ago, I found Blue Bird Farms and I’ll never be the same.nnI was approaching my mid-fifties and I began to be drawn to the idea of learning to ride horses. One day I found Lynne and Wally Harper at Blue Bird Farms.nnLynne is the riding instructor and Wally coordinates and accompanies groups on trail rides. They have seven healthy, lovable horses (Tennessee Walkers), two dogs (Hurley and Dudley) and, of course, Six-Toes the cat.nnI have thoroughly enjoyed learning to ride – taking lessons and going on trail rides. It’s my time to (what I call) “breathe deeply.” After looking into the big beautiful mysterious eyes of each of their horses, you walk away relaxed and refreshed. I call them my 4-legged therapists.nnPaula M. (Snellville, GA)

My daughter and I really enjoyed learning to ride horses. Lynne and Wally love their business and their passion for it shows. We learned (and are still learning) all about the nature of the horse, how it thinks, and how they respond. We have learned how to relax and enjoy ourselves with more confidence.nnSafety was always a concern for them and we appreciated it. I highly recommend anyone who is wanting horse riding lessons, or just to take one of their beautiful horses on a trial ride, to give them a call.
