Charles is such an amazing guy! He never met me and I gave him an address, he gave me the quote, did the job within 2 days with no upfront payment! He came back to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he asked for any money. I am an investor and have never had this happen to someone I just met. His work is top quality and you can’t go wrong by using him. He will be my go to tub refinisher, his prices are great and he works fast!
Charles is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, every time. He did a walk through beforehand to meet my husband and I and go over details of what was to be done and how. He was respectful of our time too. The results are great and we are happy the tub could be repaired and it looks new. Would recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Charles was awesome! He took the time to listen to my concerns after many calls to other companies and personally guaranteed that he would resolve my problems, and was true to his word. He travelled a far distance and arrived on time and displayed safety measures for everyone due to COVID-19. He was very thorough and respectful and took his time and had me periodically check in to see his progress. He provided services and great and careful craftsmanship that was above expectations. My tub looks like a brand new tub and as a result I no longer have the problems that I had before, just a beautiful restored bathtub that I thoroughly enjoy everyday. I highly recommend his services.
