I have been using Massey at my property for years. Eric is the technician at the property where I manage. Dolores is our field sales rep. They are both a joy to work with. I would recommend Massey over and over to all my friends, family and colleagues. The service manager Darren is a pleasure to work with also. Massey is a very professional company who provides great quality service. From the first phone call I made for an inspection, to service visits and follow up calls, my experience has been superior to any other company I have dealt with in the past. Chris Flores is extremely knowledgeable and has walked us thru the process.The techs are very professional, punctual, respectful, and clear when explaining what they are going to do. I am extremely satisfied with Massey Services and would recommend this company/office to everyone. If you want a pest control service that will get the job done, and get it done correctly and in a timely, professional manner, then Massey Services is the company to use. My child is terrified of bugs (screaming, crying, hyperventilating) and Massey brought peace to my home. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the quality service Massey provides. Had a great experience with the team out in Grayson. They were very professional and on time. It was great to see them arrive exactly when they said they would be here. Were very prompt to come out and handle my issue. Darren and Ken gave me excellent service.

I was having a problem with spiders in my garage and ants in my bathroom. After Errick treated the problem was gone! Errick is a very nice and respectful young man and takes his time will treating my home. He always does such a great job! Thank you Errick and Massey Services!
