Locally owned business in Grayson. Service & attention to detail Is excellent. Provided great explanation of products to fit my needs. From time of 1st visit to installation was about one week. Undercut big box quote by 30% for same quality of product & install. Owner came to assess installation after his crew was gone to ensure all was done to his standard. You won't find that personal touch with the big retailers.
Met Tracy, the owner, after hitting some timeline challenges with one of the big box stores. Dalton Discount Floors offered competitive pricing, quality service and was able to get my floors installed in less than a week! I even had a last minute flooring install request the morning of my scheduled install and Tracy was able to accommodate the ask quickly and flawlessly. I would definitely recommend he and his team for future projects!! Thanks again!!
Tracy and his crew did an amazing job with our whole-home floor replacement. I loved that he offered a one-stop shop for the entire job. They added new hardwoods, sanded and stained our entire floor so the new wood would match the old wood, and also installed carpet to our second floor. We LOVE how everything turned out. His crew was professional and handled moving all the furniture, and Tracy kept us posted with the progress of the work with daily pictures. I would highly recommend their services.
