The ladies were nice. The service was fast. I asked for two single braids and they came out very nice. The braiding shop was nice and clean. I didn’t view bathroom. I gave them a four because they don’t offer multiple ways to pay. It’s a inconvenience not having multiple ways to pay. However, it’s a really nice shop and I will return.
When I told the owner what I wanted, we agreed on a price and I thought that was that. When I sat down and after she started doing my hair, she changed the price. She lied. Not professional, at all and I will not be back.
Stold my hair behind my back while sewing in. Charged me $30 additional to sew in closure that came with hair package; which included 3 different lengths BUT only sewed in all 1 length. Then wanted to argue all 3 were in hair; when CLEARLY just 1 length.
The finished result were nice but time management needs improvement.
Thanks Marsha for my lovely hairstyle, I have received a lot of compliments.
