Wonderful experience this is a walkin so it's first come first served. You just have to take your chances as far as the wait time. But it was well worth the wait. I had a great experience and it's usually hard to find a shop that caters to natural hair. I will definitely be a returning customer!! Love my hairud83dude0d
I love coming here, but since they have gone to “No Appointments”, the attendance of the stylists is horrible. On 3/20 at the Grayson location it opened with no stylist and at least six customers waiting. Two weeks ago there was only one with a 3 hour wait. Although this no way for a business to be ran, I probably will keep going until I get completely dissatisfied.
The place is decorated very nicely and clean. The stylists do a very professional job. It is a bit pricey but worth it overall. I looked amazing for my senior pictures. Thank you!
Very professional. I got my hair done and my two daughters and I’m very pleased with the results. They did an amazing job. Definitely will be a loyal client
It’s a cool theme but the walk in situation is not what you would think. I drove 30 mins to this place and arrived at 9:30am. Barely anyone there, I was sent away until 11am (but they don’t do appointments?). Came back as instructed and now there’s a shop full of people ahead of me and no one can tell me how long It would be. I left to drive back to the city in which I traveled from because I didn’t want to waste an entire day while being ignored in this shop. They called an hour later to say I’m up next. Lol!nnAlso I didn’t see any true silk presses walking out the door. Just regular flat irons. So my first experience was very disappointing. I was prepared to spend good money as I needed several services but maybe I looked poor so I wasn’t worth the effort to even really talk to etc.
