The online process made the in-person process effortless. I didn't spend five minutes in the lobby before I was in my rental. The staff was efficient, answered all my questions and I received a follow-up call after my drop off.
Great service! I drove to this location and waited outside to be helped. We were helped outside, which made us feel more comfortable due to the pandemic. Although, the employee was wearing a mask too which helped us feel more safe, too. He explained everything very thoroughly and was quick in making our reservation. Definitely recommend stopping by!
The customer service is great and I received a free upgrade due to original car reservation not being available. I always receive good customer service from these guys.
My experience was great! I appreciated the upgrade for my waiting time. I did not like the increase to $300 for the reservation fee. Enterprise should offer Uber service to pick up or drop off a customer at home.
Maurice (I think) was super friendly. It's amazing I had to go hours from home to get great, super fast, and very cordial and friendly service.
