I had no idea Expedia Cruis also could arrange for non-cruise trips, but one call took me to Helen who suggested I come in and we could discuss my needs.nHelen worked with me to plan a family vacation for 10 in the Dominican Republic over New Year’s. We were a little late in planing for a large group during a big travel holiday. Helen came up with several options that worked within our budget. Her best idea was connecting us with a Butler (before we left) that she identified from reading several reviews on the property. I was able to ask him several questions before leaving on our trip. She also made arrangements for that Butler to serve our entire group. She also coordinated flights from 3 different cities that allowed us all to make the final flight to the DR together. Helen also worked with the resort on our specific rooms. Once there, our Butler was able to give us “better” rooms based on our pre-travel conversation about individual needs.nnHelen is a vivacious woman with a very outgoing personality and a great laugh!I will use her services again for planning future trips.
