I’ve never had a problem with this location. It was a bit confusing to find at first and to navigate on where to go once there, but it was easier afterwards. The people are all nice and willing to help.
I just wanted to thank all of the employees of the USPS in Roswell who have continued throughout this crazy pandemic to deliver our mail, and get packages to us despite all of the challenges of 2020. Thank you!

Claimed they tried to deliver yesterday morning but cameras show they didn't even bother trying. Now I have to drive across town to pick up a package I could have bought at Office Depot for less. But hey, keep putting in your time til that juicy retirement kicks in.nnNo wonder we only use UPS...
I lived in Roswell Farms, where every address is Roswell Farms Drive, Roswell Farms Court, Roswell Farms Lane, etc. Around 2016, the Postal Service carriers decided they could deliver mail to any address as long as the house numbers were the same because residents would walk the mail over to the correct neighbor. So, if you lived at 123 Drive, the carriers would just pop it in the mailbox at 123 Court. Unfortunately, Roswell Farms is trending downward due to more and more renters and the younger residents felt they didn't need to forward their neighbor's mail. Good luck if you were waiting on a client to pay you with a check or you didn't want your neighbors opening your letters from the IRS. If you tried to call the local Post Master, the employees would not connect you unless you identified yourself (to further sabotage your mail for snitching?) Now, if you call the number, you get a fast busy signal and it hangs up. One postal employee recently told my neighbor Roswell has the worst postal office she's ever worked in.
