After a delivery snafu that had a sizeable group of pre-teen girls in the doldrums, Marco's made the mix-up RIGHT in the blink of an eye! The manager, Sarah, turned everyone's frowns upside down. She provided AMAZING customer service over the phone, and she went the extra mile to personally deliver new fresh pizzas that were hot & delicious! Sarah is a SUPERSTAR and Marco's Pizza is still super tasty! Can't wait to enjoy the food again.
Pizza and wings were delicious. Delivery was so quick pizza was almost too hot to touch

Marco's sends you coupons in the mail that they don't honor. Tried it online with error so I called my local store, coupon code failed for them too, so after the order taker spoke to his manager they were kind enough to offer me the same deal for 50% more than my coupon. Thanks SO much for placing me on hold for 4 minutes only to tell me you are not going to honor the coupon you just sent to my residence. For reference, coupon code was HD0622, expiring 1.31.21.
