Ordered Marco's for the first time ever tonight. Online ordering was easy and our delivery driver was awesome. Let us know he was on his way when he left the store and was so polite and friendly. The food is awesome. Will 100% order again.
John (the GM) was rude to me over the phone. Proceeded to tell me that my cinnamon breadsticks didn’t come with icing then backtracked to say a new cook messed up and then said the delivery driver didn’t give it to me. Overall was a terrible experience. Pizza was sub-par and didn’t even receive all the items I ordered. John was a jerk a about it. Will never order from here again. Do yourself a favor. Order from Johnnys
Tonight’s service and quality of food was unlike ever before. It took over an hour for food to arrive (email confirmation said approximately 5:40-5:50) for which the delivery arrived at 6:07. The thin pizza was cold, hard, dry and overcooked and the chicken was the same. We also received a salad that was not part of our order. When attempting to reach the store to give this feedback immediately, there was no answer after two attempts.
Delicious pizza . Try a double pepperoni , it comes with two types of pepperoni . The jalapeno ranch dressing is amazing to dip the crust in .
Used to be good. But now meatball bake with 1/4 covered in cheese and maybe a dozen tiny meatballs.nnWings for lack of a beer word shockingly bad.nnThey need to go a few doors up to peach and the pork chop to learn how to make wings. Or their store in Dawsonville.nnPizza wasn’t bad but was average at beat.
