My first key didn't work (went in but wouldn't turn) and I got a response almost immediately from their online support for a free replacement cut in their office with an actual human reviewing the process. Nice! Will update later on how the replacement works.
The customer service in this place is non-existent. My advice, save yourself some time and skip past this place.
Scam will steal your money they do not stand by their job.
