We took an older ring into the store to be repaired Every step along the way, was delightful. Nicole and Quintin were helpful, thoughtful, considerate and gave us opinions and suggestions. They kept in touch with me through text, to let me know about the progress of the repair. They took my calls with any inquiries. We picked the ring up yesterday and I was shocked at it's beauty!!! The ring looks brand new!!! We are so pleased with the quality of the work done and the A+ customer service. HIGHLY recommend David Douglas. A truly wonderful experience with an honest, friendly and a top quality establishment.

Upon entering David Douglas Diamonds & Jewelry, I was dazzled by the sparkles in the display cases. I had two rings sized, and they now fit perfectly. They were returned to me cleaned and polished and now have a special place in my jewelry box. I came back again and purchased a beautiful, delicate rose gold and diamond necklace. Quientin helped me with my purchase, and he was a joy to work with! Overall, great customer service and high quality jewelry. I’m so glad my mother and I decided to come to David Douglas!

David Douglas helped me to redesign my wedding set into an amazing cocktail ring with my boy’s birthstones. Even when I had to leave the project for some time, they kept going. They listened to my preferences, made several changes when asked, and presented me with a beautiful custom designed ring. I am delighted! Great customer service, beautiful designs.

They have assisted me with everything from jewelry cleaning, repair and purchases. They are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and They have great customer service. The customer service is stellar! I went in for an engagement ring repair (2 prongs broke off) and they texted me every few days with an update. Their jewelry repair prices are very reasonable. The cost was actually lower to fix my engagement ring than what the insurance company told me it would cost. The new prongs on my ring are far better than they were from where the ring was purchased originally (at another jeweler). The ring is over 10 years old and it looks BRAND NEW! I would highly recommend their service! 5 stars!!
