Trying to reach someone in a department is impossible. You are transferred around. Every time I got a new person and pleaded with them to not transfer me they would just do it at some point anyway. Seriously people, get from behind your desk and go find the right person. This kicking the can of transferring has to stop. In the age of online shopping, you need to be focusing on your customers and at least attempt to help. I am trying to find new kitchen cabinets. Why should I spend thousands of dollars if you can't even get me someone to talk to and schedule a kitchen planning appointment?
Refused to honor warranty and store credit return in store, after being told on the phone they would replace our broken fan under its lifetime warranty. We were told we had to order a new fan, install it, and return the broken one in the new box. Did all of that, dragged the fan back to the store, where they told me they don't even carry it anymore (what? I just ordered one) and I'd have to take it up with the manufacturer. Horrible customer service and blatant lies.
