I enjoy the wings, and would enjoy the Pizza more but for awhile now it's like slacking on the cheese. Just wish they would put proper amount. I know you can pay for extra, but first l would like to receive what l paid for.

Wow. I have never in my life had such horrible service.n1. Our pizza said “on its way!” An hour later still no pizza. We called the store to check and the man proceeded to tell us that our delivery driver had 7 other deliveries with ours, but “it’s coming.” SEVEN OTHER DELIVERIES!n2. We tried to get a refund and cancel the order knowing our food would be cold, they could give us a refund, but NO RECEIPT. So we told them we’ll wait for the food.n3. Pizza arrived another 45 minutes after we called. COLD and left at our hotel door with NO KNOCK! Had it not have been for our dog we wouldn’t have even known it was there!!!!n4. Cheese sticks had cinnamon on them, pizza was made on and cut like breadsticks. Had ZERO flavor.n5. Did NOT receive the sauces we PAID for.nDO NOT GO HERE! Unless the things I listed sounds good to you, I’d choose papa johns next time . A complete waste! We ended up throwing it all away and wasting 45$ On food for the raccoons at the dump. Absolutely RIDICULOUS

This Pizza Hut has had nothing but terrible service since management changed. They are CONSTANTLY out of items. And to top it off, tonight after ordering online and seeing that it was going to take an hour and a half until our order was ready...ok, it's Easter and maybe they're busy. But to get there 15 mins early, wait 15 min after checking in, go inside for them to tell me they were out of cheese ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd2c Why did we not receive a phone call after waiting that long and paying for a $100 order? Get right Pizza Hut. You have lost our business for good. This happens far too often to continue paying for sub par product and service.

The worst experience I've ever gotten from a pizza place. We ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce, boneless barbecue wings, and a half gallon of tea. The tea was the only thing that was right, the pizza has literally no sauce on it as if they forgot that step, it was just cheese on a hand tossed crust. The wings I got ended up being bone-in with old, dried up buffalo sauce on them, there wasn't even any buffalo taste, just the slightest bit of spice I had to search for and the wings were orange. This was a waste of my money and I advice anyone to find other places to eat, at least at 1:30 on sunday.

We normally love any other Pizza Hut we've had. However, Lavonia's Pizza Hut could likely make you very sick. We should be able to give negative stars. This place ALWAYS messes up our order. But this last time we ordered I was so disgusted. I ordered a simple meat lovers and what I got was a pepperoni pizza with sausage and ham tossed on AFTER IT WAS COOKED! I was shocked they couldn't even be bothered to make my order fresh. I let them know and OF COURSE I was ignored, EXACTLY like that Little Caesars commercial about pizza corporations hanging up. That pizza looked like it was crawling with salmonella. Negative stars to the Lavonia Pizza Hut. They totally make Pizza Hut in general look terrible. I just wish somebody would listen. Get some employees that give a f***.
