Yes, this store has very cool brands/shoes, and when they didn't have my size, they offered to order the shoe for me, and ship to my home.nThe problem is they never sent the shoe. I called once, and talked to Lance who checked the tracking and told me my shoes were due to arrive in a day or two. The shoes never arrived. I tried calling again; messaging was full. I sent an e-mail including my phone number, but I never heard back. So disappointing.
My family and I had an amazing experience shopping at Ballard’s. They have beautiful styles and a great selection of comfortable, stylish, top quality shoes. Lance was so kind and helped us every step of the way, making sure we were happy with our purchase. The hospitality we experienced with him has definitely been one of the highlights of our trip to Blue Ridge and we wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again. HIGHLY recommend supporting this wonderful business!
