The owner, Chris, and his son were at the shop on Easter Sunday, a beautiful day for a first visit to downtown Blue Ridge from the cottage rental we've been in for a few days now.nnBoth were generous and friendly, and helped me find many of the several dozen titles I needed to plug holes in my collection.nnWhat a fun and unique shop, too. You will never see spring loaded barnwood drawers of comics anywhere else, I bet. They have an impressive amount of memorabilia in store, and lots more in stock, I know.nnHighly recommend a stop here for any comic or need culture fan!
Large, surprisingly well-stocked comics & collectibles store for a town this size!nnA great selection of back-issue comics, graphic novels, toys, & games.nnI'm taking one star off because none of the staff were wearing masks during a pandemic. The staff were pleasant though.
I visited this store in November 2020 and I had an absolute blast looking through all their back issues and checking out there impressive comic statue inventory. I love the custom wood drawers that contain their back issues. They even have comic book logos from important comic series attached to the front of the drawers with Velcro! I have attached a video I shot of the store while I was there.
This place is absolutely badass! Go here. Then go again.
First off, the store itself is awesome if you're just looking for comics or figures. However, the website falsely advertised saying they carry MTG merchandise, which in fact they don't. Highly disappointed that we drove all the way there to find this out. Management, please update your website to accurately depict what's in your store.
