I just moved to Eastman about 3 months ago. I had a problem with one of my packages being delivered. It was 100% my fault because I accidently gave the person the wrong address. I was off by a couple of numbers. However after we tracted the pkg, it was being held at the post office. I went to the post.office to pick it up and they were the friendliest staff around. Thank you Post Office of Eastman for all you do.
Not sure who they got working at this post office but our money orders are getting lost or stolen in the mail. Doesn't change weather I leave it in my mailbox to be picked up or take it personally to the post office. It gets lost
It's not fair that this post office has only two reviews and they are both one star reviews. The situations described by the other two people are very circumstantial and unfair to this post office, in my opinion. I have always had nothing but exemplary service, whether at the post office or when it comes to the carriers who deliver my mail. I only see smiling faces when I see someone in a post office uniform. I own a local business and receive hundreds of parcels and packages a month, most of which are delivered by the USPS of Eastman, Ga. I also rent a post office box and have no complaints about it, either. I love that I can send an over-sized package to my post office box and they will hold it behind the counter at no additional charge. I've used other post offices when out of town for mailing items and have had some bad experiences, honestly, but not here - no complaints whatsoever! Never any really long lines (I can be a patient person unlike many people in today's day and age) like there are in nearby Warner Robins or Macon either! Thanks for such great, consistent service to all the employees of the Eastman USPS.
Not sure who is delivering mail out my way today but the didn't leave my mail just stoped and then left no mail and I am expecting something in the mail today and have not got it yet
