They say no cash but right in front is a tip jar with cash in it! So my money isn’t good enough to buy their food but it’s just fine to tip their employees because they won’t pay them a decent wage! Sorry that to me is completely hypocritical and dishonest business!
The staff went from being friendly and helpful people when this location opened to being rude ego driven high school drop out adults with no customer service skills or manners!
The store manager is never magically available to speak too when you try to raise concerns no matter the day or time and never calls back when they claim they will have the manager do so and the complaint line reports and multiple bad surveys don’t seem to bother them at all
This location advertised that they a gluten free option, however they do not use the provided counter and use proper glove change when preparing the pizza. When we expressed our concern, it is a severe allergy we were very rudely told that it was not something they were willing to do. We have been to many papa Murphy locations and have had wonderful services and felt safe to eat the food that was prepared. The attitude and service at this particular location was disappointing.
Delicious pizza! The toppings are super fresh and their pizza is super tasty. Doesn't taste fake like a lot of the pizzas from chains. Super recommended!
Very very scary! They don’t accept cash right now “..because of the pandemic..” , the very inebriated girl told me. DO NOT use a business that denies the public to legal currency. Dominos is 40 times better quality and isn’t about this communistic idealism with the not taking of cash. Compare the dominos side by side. Dominos is even a little cheaper.
I have been to a bunch of Papa Murphy's and I really like this location. As always the pizza is delicious.
