Love this placeud83dudc99, but took off one star because it ALWAYS takes FOREVER at Concessions. But otherwise perfect. Love the rewards program. Can’t wait till they’re back! But appreciate them being safe.

My favorite movie theater! Great comfortable reclining seats! Loud speakers full of bass! Staff is very friendly and engaging !Plus having the Regal Unlimited app is great to watch movies whenever you want here! Now open during Covid everything is cleaned and spaced out more! Not even concerned about it here.

Spent some time in the area for work and went to the theater every other weekend for 3 months from November 2019 -February 2020. I only returned because I could walk there from my hotel. I had to complain when the lights came on early for 3 separate movies (talk about ruining the last hour of those movies). Response from the theater was an apology for the first time and 1 new ticket. On all subsequent movies I was met with defensive hostile workers who told me to live with it or call corporate. Seems like they could have just fixed the issue the first time, or the second, or the third. Theater was always understaffed on weekends with nobody taking tickets, opening late for matinee shows. Kind of ruined seeing movies in person if you ask me.

I got pregnant behind the movie theater. Best experience ever. Just miss the movies. I didn't really get pregnant there..

Where do I begin! Have been a regular Regal Georgian movie goer for 15 years and this cinema has gone downhill. Management does not care or listen to its customers. First - what happen to Coke Cola. It now serves Pepsi. Do they not know we are 25 miles from the headquarters of Coke!nSecond - they have done away with free refills for large popcorn and drinks. Of course, blame it on Covid...Even local buffets have figured out how to reopen. Third, spacing seats between same purchasing guests. That's good if someone is dating your daughter and you don't like their date. I suggest you watch your movie at the NCG Cinema for a much better movie experience!
