Morgan's is a very nice store and has very nice people working there. I brought my diamond ring in for a repair. I've worn the ring for almost 32 years--I would not leave it with anyone else!

Back in 2015 I took so scrap gold to Morgan's and the created a wonderful signet ring for me , over the years I have gotten alot of compliments on it, so of course now in 2021 I brought it back to Morgan's to Create a K for my ring and they have once again went up and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much William Upchurch for the way my ring looks now , I would highly recommend Morgan's Jewelers for ALL YOUR JEWELRY NEEDS

My wife had a prong on her ring fixed. They do the work on site, quickly and at a reasonable price. She is very happy with the repair. She also ordered a necklace and it came in just intime (as promised) for our anniversary. We will be back...

I called Morgans Jewelry Store and didn’t realize i had called the wrong store until after a few minutes of a Nice lady talking with me and looking things up; a very short toned gentleman got on the phone and re asked my last name and then ask whats the first name because they had more than one! Once i told him- he rudely asked if i meant called them or the downtown store? I stated the downtown Morgans- he stated well you called the wrong one and we will stop looking for your stuff and then stated thanks and hung up on me- even though I was trying to ask him if he had the correct number for me to call- but he hung up. Not sure what issues they may have btwn the two Jewelry Stores but He wasnt trying to help myself out ! Also I have been in this store months ago for my boss and they were not the warmest bunch - I always strive to every one of how warm, friendly and helpful Newnan people have made us feel, since we have moved here 2-3 years ago, but I guess there are still those few that still are not! I would suggest to use the downtown Morgan’s Jewelry and not Thomas Crossroads!
