I had a very personal experience and I was very satisfied with all my services. I bought an engagement and wedding ring. At different times. Everything was great.

Long time customer here and I have had many issues with this location, especially when I have to return a piece of jewelry for repair or to have it cleaned. It’s relatively easy for them to sell you pieces but if something goes awry with that piece then they don’t know what to do in my experience.nMany of the employees don’t listen and try to overtalk you if you point out their mistakes. This last visit the employee started rambling about my email. It was completely out of the blue and didn’t fit the situation. I assume her trying to deflect? I was there to pick up 2 pieces I left for repair. One employee started helping us then the other asserted herself in and took over without fully understanding what was happening. We were supposed to look at the jewelry under the microscope to make sure it was up to par. Instead she just checked us out. When I pointed this out she started rambling trying to sound intelligent in front of the other customers. Then she started talking about email, as if that was the problem... our email. ud83dude12nWait times are long as they try to figure out their policies or look up information if you have an issue with your product. Then they try to rush through your visit (thus making multiple errors) even though you may have been waiting a while. It’s a shame because there may be one employee there who is knowledgeable and kind but it’s overshadowed by the incompetence of the rest of the employees. I asked for her when I dropped off the jewelry for repair the last time and the employees trying to help didn’t know what to do. Sadly she was off that day. The one star is for that ONE competent employee, unfortunately she did not assist me on my last visits and I do mean “last”.

I visited this location not too long ago with my boyfriend to determine my ring size and just browse styles (fingers crossed he pops the question soon). The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions/provided information without trying to push an immediate sale. They gave my boyfriend and I a solid idea of what ring we're looking for, and I have a feeling he'll be back for another look. :)

Well, as a gay male couple, we never know which businesses are going to want our money. Not only did Gabriella make our experience hassle free, it was judgement free, and there was Z E R O pressure to but the upsell. Definitely impressed with the customer service and we will be back!

The employees are very nice at this location. Every time I go in I'm always treated very warmly. They go out of their way to help me anyway they can. Truly a blessing. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for all you've done with my precious jewelry. :)
