First of all I didn’t even want to give it 1 star. I went to get my ring resized and cleaned and the person helping me didn’t listen to a word I said. They kept putting words in my mouth. Then when I came to pick it up. The website said it was open but it was closed for cleaning from 3:30-4:30 we waited for an hour to come back 5 minutes before it opened and it says closed from 4-5!

This place is a joke... the lady place an order for me but it was in someone else’s name. I never received a phone call back to get my order. They told me that it will take two weeks to get my ring it’s been almost a month now. They never told me that they are closing down. I feel the person who ordered my ring knew the importance of having it and should have at least told me that I wouldn’t be able to get my ring by the date I needed it bye.... now it’s too late for me to find something to wear on my finger for my wedding.
