I recently had a rather urgent need for new halyards and retainer rings for my 30 foot and two 25 foot fiberglass flag poles. I reached out to The Flag Company and am very happy that I did. My first call was answered by a very personable and professional young lady by the name of Belinda Moses. She listened to my rather uninformed comments about what I needed and knew instantly what I was needing to purchase. My flag poles are several years old and it took her professional knowledge and experience to locate just exactly what I needed for my situation. In short order I was able to order exactly what I needed and expect to have them I'm in hand within a couple of days.nnI am impressed with The Flag Company and am extremely grateful to Ms. Belinda Moses for her patience, professionalism, and kindness.nnF.W. Very unhappy customer here. I received a broken Flag light, and it took multiple calls and almost 2 months to receive a replacement. They even were expecting me to pay for the return charges. I chose this company in an attempt to buy American-made, but this is Not a good representation of our country's business owners. Sad to say, but this company makes buying from China seem to be a better option.

The customer service lady there Balinda is just awful. She does not know the parts they sell there. Very deceitful. My company has been ordering here for years. I needed some parts and was given the wrong info on the parts I needed. She was rude and eager to get me off the phone. She should not be talking to customers on the phone. Not a good sales person. I will not buy anything from her again. Lack of knowledge.

Placed an order for 1200 light Christmas tree. Custom service calls me saying they are out of stock. Replace it with a 900 light Christmas tree and refund me the difference. Tree arrives and portion of it is broken and not working. Been trying to contact them for days now. Because of no response they're already out of stock of the item so I can't even exchange it for a new one. Two stars because they did switch my order over easily but now their MIA to fix my order again.nnUPDATE: Was finally contacted. Was told they would contact the company that made the tree to see what they could do to fix it. A full week goes by and I hear nothing from them. So I ask for a partial refund thinking they are trying to ghost me. They suddenly appear again and say they can ship me new lights. But since it has been a huge hassle to get them to talk to me, and I paid full price for a partial working tree, I persist with some kind of partial refund (because now I have to replace lights on it). They ignore my request; not even acknowledging in emails until AFTER I told them I had filed a complaint with BBB. After that, they were very much on the ball with communication and they did in fact issue a partial refund.nnMy review has nothing to do with the fact the lights shipped from Holland and has EVERYTHING to do with the fact they were impossible to get in touch with. I had to leave a bad review here before they reached out. They left me high and dry and only had new lights shipped to me once I reached out AGAIN and asked for a refund. And then they wouldn't acknowledge it until AFTER I filed a compliant with BBB. My review is based off their customer service. Not how long it took some lights took to ship from Holland...
