My husband met Eric at Home Depot and they started talking about Eric’s work and we knew our dining room was finally going to be completed the way envisioned it. First, Eric made an oak barn door to separate our dining room from the living room. His craftsmanship was so outstanding that we talked to him about making a 10 ft. table to seat 12 family members - again exceptional work. He also made an oak corner cabinet and three 5 ft. floating shelves. We would highly recommend Eric for anything that you would like custom built for your home. Eric and his team are very professional. He is very passionate about his work and making sure the customer is very pleased with the final product. The Lannings.
We asked Eric in August 2019 to build us custom built-ins and a storage bench for our breakfast nook. We have limited space in our home so storage is important to us. Eric was able to custom design and deliver the product to us by October 2019. It was perfect timing because we were just finishing the final touches in our kitchen.nnIn April 2020, my grandma passed away. We had inherited a secretary desk and hutch from her in 2017. It's never been a great workspace for me but as COVID hit and I was working from home more, I realized it was time for a change. We enlisted Eric to make it more functional and modern and we absolutely love the end result! We have gotten so many compliments from our family and friends on the new desk.nnHe's also built us some shelves for our new nursery and in the next few weeks, he'll start building us a floating entertainment stand for our over our fireplace.nnEric is humble and so passionate about the work he does. It's high quality work and we'll continue to use him for large projects as long as we are in the area.
Super nice guy, young father, hard worker, expert knowledge. I brought my ramshackle but beloved old desk to Eric Staveness at Staveness Studios, I needed the broken drawers fixed. Eric got the drawers all squared away for me, sanded the whole desk down, cleaned it all up, replaced old damaged wood on both sides, and prepared the desk for my planned painting. We were so impressed with his passion and expertise. He has a broad variety of projects going, loves what he does, and truly knows his craft. Fair price, great guy, beautiful work. Look no further!
We have used the services of Staveness Studios for multiple projects over the past year and we can’t recommend them enough. He has designed two custom barn doors, a custom Murphy style bench, owners entry complete with an antique shoe cobbler stand, an amazing porch swing, sofa table...there seems to be a little piece of him all throughout our house. Each piece has been designed with our needs and style in mind. Whether he’s custom designing a big project or something small, like a wood picture with “I’ll be home for Christmas” etched in to it, you can trust that he will give it his all. Eric has been able to take our ideas and bring them to life. Eric and his team are always on time, the quality of work is outstanding, and their service is exceptional. We are already looking forward to partnering with him on our next project (we have several more in mind!). It’s hard to find reliable contractors who put their heart in to the quality of their work and we are truly lucky that we stumbled upon Eric. You will not be disappointed!!!
