The owner arrived at my house right on time. He crawled all over my crawl space walked the perimeter of my house and thoroughly inspected my garage. He was very informative and showed me where the previous company had shorted my house on termite stations. He told me he had 27 years of experience and his details and passion in the business shows that experience. I am so glad I made the switch.

Nick, one of the techs, came out to our house and actually found a snake ( probably a copperhead , not a rat snake ) hiding in my workroom. Btw, I am scared to death of snakes. He went above and beyond the call of duty and removed it from my house. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help me out. He is an excellent technician and we are lucky he came out when he did. I have referred a couple of relatives and friend to them. They are much better than those big companies and they are very responsive to call backs if needed. We will continue to use Noble Pest Services
They came out quickly to investigate the possible issue. Very honest and upfront about everything. Explained everything and made you feel at ease. Didn't sell or up sell anything I didn't need. Love their services!
