I had some custom generational jewelry made from my Nanny’s old gold and diamonds and Key’s did an absolutely amazing job. I found a picture of what I wanted online and they surpassed what I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and care for my jewelry and products was something to desire others to possess. I highly recommend their work and their products.

I brought in a necklace and bracelet to be repaired. They looked at what needed to be done while I was there, explained it to me and told me how much it would cost. They said it would take about 1 week to repair. It was completed the next morning after they said it would be done. I did not have a time constraint so that did not bother me. The pieces were perfectly repaired. I will use them again in the future.

I went to Key’s in hopes they could help me with some custom cremation pieces. They far exceeded my expectations. The pieces are beautiful and are exactly what my mom, sister, and I wanted. Everyone at Key’s was so compassionate to our situation, helpful, and very kind. I will certainly use them for future jewelry purchases.

A friend recommended Key’s Jewelry to fix my bracelet when I broke the charm off. I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was like new by Tuesday. When I picked it up, the gentleman offered to clean my wedding rings and suggested a couple of things I could do to keep them like new. The store has a warm atmosphere and beautiful jewelry… Plus they have a “wish list” system so your spouse can get you something you actually want! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you and we will be back!

Honest and trustworthy jeweler! Brought my grandmother’s wedding ring for repair of a bent prong. They repaired it beautifully in just a few days, and the cost was very reasonable.
