This was my first experience with Etowah Carpet One Floor, and it will not be my last. Andrew was the absolute best to work with! From day one with the estimate until the job was completed. He was in constant contact and kept me inform of the progress of the job. His knowledge is incredible and he helped me pick out the best options for my budget and went far and above and exceeded my expectations at every turn! I will recommend him to everyone I know!

Have been using this family owned company for 28 years. They go above and beyond to be helpful and professional. Recently had a challenge for them and they knocked it out of the park!! I asked them to floor the top of an elevator shaft with existing LVP to match our flooring. It turned out amazing! Thank you Mark Saunders and staff!

I can’t say enough good things about this business! We needed carpet in our living room replaced badly. My wife finally had enough and once she decided it was time, she wanted it right away. I worked with Tim and he went above and beyond. First he came out within 30 minutes of me calling. He said he would go back and give me some options for carpet they had in stock so it could be installed in a couple of days. He said he would have it at the store. An hour later, he called me back to tell me he was just going to bring the samples and quotes to my house so we didn’t have to come to the store (my wife is sick and going to the store would have been a lot for her). We made a decision and the carpet was installed the next day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
